Christmas tree world record
It’s a Christmas tree new world record. 55-year-old Thomas Jeromin from Germany lives with her wife Susanne in the Northern German town of Rinteln. Jeromin and Susanne live in a 100 sq ft flat and this year they have decorated every free space of their house with evergreen plastics and used the bedroom, hallway and office area for decoration purposes. In the year 2021, they made a world record for 444 Christmas trees in a house.
German couple has decorated the Christmas tree with a theme. After watching the decoration you can imagine one is dedicated to Star Wars decoration whereas the other one features squeaky ducks. Thomas has one tree of 3.5 meters hanging from the ceiling, Jeromin says he needs 72000 baubles to hang before the Christmas festival arrives. Jerman also offers a guided tour of his decorated Christmas wonderland when there is no pandemic.
Record Institute of Germany
On the 6th of December, the Record Institute of Germany (RID) visited Jeromin’s house to certify the huge collection of Christmas trees as a new world record for the most decorated Christmas trees in one place.
After visiting Jeromin’s house German Record of Institution said there is not enough space for visitors to follow current rules and regulations due to the density of the Christmas trees in the apartment.
