Lets break down the investment in 4 years
1st year
If you plant 400 trees then you need approx Rs 16000 as the price of poplar plant from nursery is around Rs 40.
400 plants cost would be Rs 40 x 400 plants = Rs 16,000.
This plant doesn’t need much water; you can give water only two times a month. In winters it only happens once. The water cost goes around Rs 3000 in a year for all 400 trees. Like this Rs 3000 x 4 years = Rs 12000 would be your watering cost.
Rest Rs 12000 is sufficient for other things like fertilizer, initial pruning, pesticides and caring. Expert farmers sharing their opinions on poplar tree profit in the below video.
Experienced farmers Rajendra, Dharampal and Rajesh Saini advised other farmers to start poplar tree cultivation in India as soon as they can as it is cheap and possible farming all over India.
These expert farmers advised other farmers that if you are doing other crop cultivation then don’t wait to start planting poplar trees. Rajendra added you should start planting trees at the corners of your farm.
These plants will grow on their own and after 4 years you can sell one tree around Rs 2000. If you have planted only 60 trees at corners then you earn Rs 2000 x 60 trees = Rs 1,20,000 by only investing Rs 2400 one time.
It is more beneficial than FD, RD and other investments. Think about it at least once.
