So you need to drive carefully and when you will find any bridge that shows red flag that means it is under construction and very old bridge so you need to check the bridge first and drive carefully while crossing such bridges which are showing you red flags.

BRO Role at border

BRO – Border Road Organization is a military organization and duty of BRO is to reconstruct the old road or bridges, especially those which are situated in border area so that if any war or suspicious activity takes place then heavy vehicles and equipment’s can easily approach the said destination. The bridges which are marked with red flags were actually the mark of BRO it means these bridges will be reconstruct by BRO. You can see lots of interesting and inspiring slogans on the road side they all are written by bro some of them are : BRO for speed speed quality and reliability, It is not rally enjoy the valley, Drive slower live longer, safety on road is safety tea at home, life is a journey complete it, Always expect unexpected.

Dronagiri Parvat hanuman lifted sanjeevani – 21TF 123 ACC

While travelling towards niti valley you can stop your vehicle to the view point of dronagiri parvat (hill) which is made by BRO and Gref. Here you can feel the view, dronagiri parvat is related to epic Ramayana in which hanuman has lifted the whole dronagiri parvat (hill) in search of a medicine called sanjeevani booti which is required for the treatment of laxmana who got injured by the arrow of meghnath (son of ravan). Actually hanuman got confused between sanjeevani booti and other flowers so he picked up the huge portion of the hill.

After travelling some km from dronagiri hill you will reach at a diversion where you can see a small yellow board, that indicates two ways one is going to sumna 16 point (bit high road) and other is going to malari village (down road) so pick malaria.

While travelling towards neeti village you can see punch nag mandir, bampa village, gamshali village these villages are full of green out fits, seems wearing greenary which consist of pine trees, blue pine tree, devdar and some more. Road is also smooth, niti village is just 5 km away from here and between gamshadi and niti village there is a cave temple called timmersain mahadev. After reaching cold niti valley you can enjoy the destination that is surrounded by full of green nature and beautiful high hills. Now you can choose a place and pitch your tent for residing as I have told earlier hotels are not available here. You may face shivering due to utmost cold in the valley so carrying woolen clothes is advised.
